Well, I have been here for quite some time and recently decided to get real with this. I have been reading a lot here but I still feel like I need some guidance. By reading the posts around here I have seen that “more is more” sort of as long as you are careful and don’t hurt yourself. I have also purchased a pump for pumping.

Now, I want to get bigger so what’s the best and fastest way to do that? I am mainly concerned about the length at the moment. Please help me out here. I have seen all the videos such as ADS and so on, so it’s not that I haven’t read around this forum but I still want to get some guidance from the members.

Have you even tried the newbie routine? I would start there and see how your D reacts before going to pumping or ADS. I’ve gained both times I have attempted PE in short periods of time. “more is more” if it is right for your D. I tend to go with the least amount of work for the maximum gains. My goal is not to be working my D for hours on end.

Yeah, I have seen it and tried it but I wasn’t just serious with this stuff before. What I noticed before though is that I got a lot of stamina so working too little is what turned me off in the first place.

Consistency is the key!

More is not better. You need to find what works for you. If your EQ is telling you it is ready for more, than slowly increase your reps or on-vs-off days. Track your workouts so you can adjust your routine responsibly based on you PIs.

Stick with the newbie routine and make sure you warm up properly each time.

Put away the pump. You really shouldn’t use it when you’re starting out.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

No pumping for starters. Follow the linear routine. Finish it. Follow the newbie routine finish it. After that all your questions will be magically answered. By yourself.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
