Help With Gaining Length?

I been doing PE for almost 4years started at 6.0 length and 4.2 girth. Has of today 1/3/19 my gains for length is 6.5 gain so far 1/2 in that time and my girth is 5.0 bit more improvement there but it seem like I can make those gains that I want. My goal is 8.5 length and 6.5 girth. My routine is 5 minutes of warm up 20 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelq with Ulis, horse squeeze, after I do 2hrs of penis extender. Can someone give some helpful tip on how to gain more or know what exercise or devices I can used.

Yes they did,I’m going to try a pump to see if I can gain more with some pumping session’s. Any suggestions on gaining length?

Hey there Big Jerry21. I just wanted to ask if you would be so kind to message me if you do in fact get a pump that others/other senior members approve of/recommend. I’d like to know what to get in the future should I decide to continue on my dream of 9” EL x 6” EG.

Of course I’d also like to say that .dam dude great size you got there; 4 years is a lot longer than me I think. I’ve been on and off many a times over the last maybe 6 years and there have been long hiatuses for me due to university (almost done now though!) so yeah that’s been a thing for me. Keep those gains coming though :D

What type of schedule have you used? 2:1? 5:2?

For length there are many options. You have different type of stretches, extender,hanging.

Someone gained well even with pumping and also clamping.

Don’t worry about that, length will come.

I keep my routine at 5 days workout and 2 days rest. I’m keeping a positive mind and continuing to do my workout. I appreciate your help and info Nyute.tmm123 I’m not sure what kind of pump I’ll be getting ones I find one I’ll post it it.

Hi all, helpful thread.

I’ve been using the Bathmate Hydromax x30 on and off for about a year now. Even when sticking to longer periods of using it I’ve failed to see any gains other than temporary. From all of the research I had read it does well at girth gains but not so much length.

I’m stuck at around 6.5bpel but in the pump it goes up past 7. I’m thinking about moving onto jelqing now as I’m more after length than the girth. I have about 20 mins to dedicate to this each morning, I know it’s not a great deal of time but it is what it is. Can anyone recommend a quick daily jelq routine for length?
