Hey guys - just finished my first newbie routine session

Just wanted to make a post and say hey.

I just finished my first session of the newbie routine. It was def interesting. I need to make a rice sock instead of a warm washcloth since that doesn’t last long. Work on my jelqing technique for sure, erection control came pretty quick during the stretches.

The upward stretch felt a bit much, and overall I feel my penis has been through a workout. No pain, but I’m def very aware of it, not sore exactly just.. Stressed. Does that sound about right for the first time or did I go a bit too far? Just interested in hearing other experiences. Of course I’ll assess tomorrow before doing it again and make adjustments as I go along.

How long did you jelq and stretch for?

I love using the wet face towel but at first I didn’t because like you said it doesn’t stay warm long, that is until I changed the face towel to a much thicker one. The thicker the better, they hold more water in and stay warm longer.

I stretched for 5 mins (30 secs in each direction, twice) the stretching took longer than that overall, since I kept waiting for erections to go away, until I got more and more used to it. The jelqing I’m not really sure, I started counting but kept forgetting where I was at since I was trying different grips, and trying to keep the skin from pulling etc. I didn’t want to get too crazy with it hah. I did it laying flat on my back, not sure if there is any preference or better way like sitting or standing?

Thanks for the tip about the thicker towel, I’ll try it tomorrow.
