Hey guys - just finished my first newbie routine session
Just wanted to make a post and say hey.
I just finished my first session of the newbie routine. It was def interesting. I need to make a rice sock instead of a warm washcloth since that doesn’t last long. Work on my jelqing technique for sure, erection control came pretty quick during the stretches.
The upward stretch felt a bit much, and overall I feel my penis has been through a workout. No pain, but I’m def very aware of it, not sore exactly just.. Stressed. Does that sound about right for the first time or did I go a bit too far? Just interested in hearing other experiences. Of course I’ll assess tomorrow before doing it again and make adjustments as I go along.
