Is it possible to change the shape of my penis along with gaining overall size? Currently it’s kinda carrot shaped with a tapered head, but ideally I would like it to be even throughout. My dick is currently 6.5 inches BPEL (5.8 inches NBPEL) in length and 5.1 inches in girth. The base and mid shaft are both 5.1 inches, while the head is only 4.3 inches. It looks ridiculously disproportionate. What would be the best way to get my glans to match the rest of the shaft? JP90 followed by Ulis when I’m conditioned enough? Any advice is appreciated.

If I could downvote G263, I would do it, cause he is talking BS, since thousands of people have gained from that fantastic routine and I personally have as well: 1 inch length in about 2-3 months!

You’re referring to JP90 right? It does seem a bit intense for a noob like me, but I can’t argue with gains! Do you know when would be a good time to start Ulis?

Forget ULIs.
And yes, I am referring to JP90.

When starting with JP90, work your way up to the described volume over 2-4 weeks.
E.g. start off with 25% volume, then each week, increase by 25%.
In a month, you will be doing the full routine.

You gotto balance volume & intensity. If you keep your intensity while going up with volume and it results in turtling or any other bad PI, you
either take a step back in volume OR intensity.

Oh and btw, do not get fooled by the name JP90 as in JP for 90 days.
You can do this routine your entire PE career and gain!
Its that good!
Its just that you have to go by what your dick is telling you.
And you will most certainly develop an understanding in about a month or so.
Therefore, as suggested, start off with lower volume!!

OK, I just mentioned ULIs because my main goal is to increase glans size. Will JP90 alone be able to accomplish that?

Not sure.
It depends on the individual.
Some gain only length, some only girth, some both, some none, some develop the baseball effect (= more girth mid section than base; due to incorrect form), some get more girth at the base…
Some gain fast, some slowly… Some need to adjust an aspect to the routine - be it technique, intensity, volume or on-off schedule to see any gains..
There are simply too many variables to give a response to you!

Recently I have read somewhere that increasing glans size is very difficult because the required intensity to exercise the glans even a little bit would make your shaft explode
and there is simply no exercise that singles out the glans only where you could simply do that.
I am not sure if this is true though! Because when I jelq, my glans balloons up and seems like about to explode!
When you are jelqing/milking, you are repeatedly forcing blood to move up to your glans and without giving it any chance to escape, you pretty much trap blood there
and keep pumping/milking new blood to the glans, forcing it to expand.
DO NOT misunderstand though, as a newbie you might think this is all happening forcefully - NO.
I am talking about 20-30% erection quality (aka boner status) with light, slow jelqing movement with 0 pain or anything close to pain!
So, do not get the wrong idea. Do not go and rip your dick off! I suspect many fall victim to this - they simply misunderstand the written word, thinking they need to rip their dick off!
