I’ve heard rumors HGH does, but it’s just not worth playing around with. And I’ve read of steroid jockeys doing crazy things like injecting their cocks with synthol and having oozing puss come out. Then there’s of course Ronnelle over at Chem Pe with his wishful thinking and inject it and see practice.
Bottom line, use the same rules everyone tells you in the gym. Eat, sleep, PE, and never miss a session! Do this for at least 3 years then see if you want to risk your health with steroids for pe. You’ll more than likely get the best gains of your life in that time and probably not even need anything besides your own two hands, a healthy diet, and maybe a few PE tools once you master manual exercises first.
For the record I gained 4” in length and 2” in girth using only wet and dry jelqs, stretches, and pumping consistently over 4 years and another 1/2” in length and 1/4” along the taper since then. Most of this was peing during puberty, but did still gain make some impressive gains since then.
