Hi ,I’m 23 years old . My starting point is NBPEL 6,7 inches and mid girth 5,3 inches , I’m doing the newbie routine but 0 gains for now ,just better erections quality . My goal is 7,5x6 :D short term goal would be 7x5,5.

Yes I know , but I saw a lot of you guys had results in the first months , maybe I’m not working enough.. I’m doing warmp up then 15 sec stretch every directions then 50 slow jelq with oil ( like 3sec ) then I do kegels to failure

Problem is that every time I train after it I ejaculate. Lol

My main goal is girth , i would be happy with 7x6

Take your time and PE will be good .Take your time, slow and easy.

My advice to track Bone Pressed length. NBPEL is very variable and deceiving.

Hi guys I am into it for 2 weeks Extending and possibly 2weeks(wish) Jelqing, I have seen some gains, which are hard to quantify but I have been into PE and on Thunders since 2013.track my progress here:

Guys be consistent and you will see gains, a lot of effort and hard work but them gains will come, just have faith and keep at it..

I need to get my jelq game back up as I have been slipping with that recently, but its all good I have been putting in ridiculous extender hours and to be fair it has changed aspects of my life that I never even considered.. So has many side positive effects.. Not just penile lengthening

I’ve also take Titleist’s and Jimmybob55’s advice - to be patient.

You are way better off focussing on the things you can actually control
- Having a mild but consistent routine
- Constantly look your PIs

Then with time results results may follow 👍
