My english is really poor and bad so, but I try to try my best to understand me, I hope you will understand me.

I’ve been jelqing and stretching for 3 months now and the only thing that is got bigger is called problems!
Omg I was 6.5 inches long and 5.7 inches girth. Now it’s 5.9 length and 5.3 inches girth. Me asking What the f***?

Yea right, it just shrinked, so my routine (I hope this is the right expression) is the following:

5 min warm wrap
5 min stretching
Then 10 min jelqing
Then (not always but sometimes) I do kegels for like 5 min.

Maybe I do too much and should do less? Or its too little and should do MORE?
So please, ANY, ANY HELP would be great I’m open for ANY tips, thanks.

It doesn’t sound like you are doing too much, but perhaps using too much force or incorrect jelqing technique?

Something else to consider… your size can be affected by a lot of other things. In my case, sickness and especially stress can cause a large fluctuation from my “normal” size.

Looks like your penis is probably turtling from the stress of workouts.

Try taking a break for a few weeks.

Sometimes after a break and recovery from intense stress, people see some gains.

Are you sure your initial measurement technuiqe is tha same as you use now?

I figured after a while that I had an inconsistent way of measuring and thus ‘lost’ a few cm when finding a consistent one.

It’s easy to cheat yourself!

No I don’t use too much force, and no, I use correctly from the base to almost the glans, I stop before the glans like 1-2 cm with medium force.

Thank you. But I’m not sure about, are you sure I should I take a few weeks rest? I mean wow, isnt that pretty too much? But okay I’ll try it thanks.

Lol, yes, I use the same measurement technique, for the girth I using a soft measuring tape and I measure the shaft! For the lenght I using a simple ruler measuring it from the public bone.

So I think I do everything right, but if someone, anyone have any idea what and how, I would like 2 hear it because its now scare the shit out of me.. Maybe is my penis just too sensitive?

It could just be your erection quality or maybe you measured wrong the first time. I would say that you might have had a much better erection quality the first time you measured and you haven’t been able to duplicate it. I know for me erection quality makes a big difference on whether I’m 7.75 or 8.25 a whole half inch.

Was the same erection level.. And same measurements ..

Anyway, I’ll take a week break or 2 , and then I’ll see what will happen after I continue again.

Oh god, I almost forgot to ask, give me some routine, how often should I do? 2 days on 1 day off? 5 days on 2 day off? Every day? 2-3 or 4 times a week?
I just don’t want to fuck up everything so I need some routine that really helps and works.

And this would be good not just for me, this would be good help for everyone who have the same situation.

Finally, I remember what I forgot to ask, so my question is, during the jelq exercise, do I have to pull back the foreskin?

Because I never let my foreskin on my glans during jelq, I always pull it back, maybe thats the problem? Should I just jelq in normal with foreskin on?

Yup normal with the foreskin.

But the problem is, if I do it with the foreskin on, I feels like my foreskin are going to be f*cking explode, so I mean, the end of foreskin, the foreskin that is wrap the glans, if its isnt pulled back, and I doing jelqing, I feel like all the veins in the end of foreskin that wrap the glans are going to be f*cking huge and really veiny.

And yea that is hurt, thats why I pull it back. I feel really dangerous like one of the veiny will blow up if I don’t stop jelqing if it isnt pulled back.. I don’t do it with big force, I do it normally, but if I just do it really weak, my top of foreskin still going to be really veiny, but it sober its isnt that veiny.

Well, noticed this things, the shrinking, the blowing up veins, probably my penis is just really sensitive, and I can do nothing with it.

Try Dry Jelqs then. But I’m un-cut and I can Jelq fine the front of your junk is supposed to swell up like that so its not a bad thing.

Skin is still skin and should not affect the corpora cavernosa (meat of your penis) which is what you are trying to work the blood supply through! (Causing growth) Don’t you agree Yoshi?

Yes I do. It’s a little tricky at first being uncut and doing some of the exercises but over time you just kind of get the hang of it. I can tell you I haven’t had any turkey neck or to much foreskin or any of those crazy concerns people have with skin problems and their skin and I have been doing a little bit of everything for over a year now on PE.
