How do I keep my progress when my gains stopped for years?

Hello,

I started PE 3 years ago and made all my gains my first year. Now 2 years later I’ve tried different routines but I quit length.

I know want to proceed to girth but I’m a little worried because I’m gonna quit length for a long time and what that does to my length.

What do you guys do to maintain your gains when you know nothing works anymore? Im pretty satisfied with my length now but I really like some extra girth.

What do I need to do when I’m losing gains?

My gains stopped about 1.5 years ago. I made all of my length gains while jelqing. Then I had a routine where I was hanging but didn’t make gains and didn’t lose them either. I’m afraid If I stop completely I will lose my current length even though it still the same after almost 2 years.

I’m now focusing on girth with 1 day on 1 day off clamping for 10 mins with heat. Is this enough to maintain my length gains? What can I do to maintain them without doing exercises every day?

It should be enough; however, you might want to consider also sleeping with your package between the cheeks.

Over the last number of years I have only very sporadically done any PE at all, and when I do, it’s just a simple manual stretching and jelqing routine in the shower. I’m talking absolutely minimum:
1x 40sec stretch in every direction: up, out, left, right, down
About 3-5 minutes of VERY slow jelqs 10-12sec per jelq
Literally 2x 30-45sec manual hand squeezes/clamps.

I don’t even do this on a regular basis, just sporadic bouts of maybe a week or two of 2 days on 1 day off.

And I haven’t lost any length.
I may have lost a tiny bit of girth over the years. The last time I measured, I got 5.1, but after a couple of weeks of this routine, it already feels thicker in my hand when masturbating, so I bet even that is back to where it was.

I’ve been meaning to start up a pumping routine, but the only free time I have to do it, I’m too freaking tired to deal with the hassle…


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

I need some advice because I'm freaking out

So I just made a decision to quit length goals for PE because it gave me so much stress and anxiety. I’m hospitalized numerous times the last year because of a serious depression.

I gained every mm of lenght with jelqing. I’m telling this because it maybe changes the way you guys think about this.

I recently quit and lost 0.2cm BPEL in 3-4 weeks.(16.9cm -16.7cm)

After that I started girth exercises with clamping (5 mins-10 mins 1 day on 1 day off for 2 weeks) and just lost another 0.2cm BPEL (16.7cm-16.5cm) in around 3-4 weeks after the last loss.

Even though I quit jelqing 1 year ago and started hanging with NO RESULTS in length or girth for 1 year as well.

The only thing I care about is that in NO circumstances I lose more then what I have right now in length. I’d like to gain in girth but it’s no priority. At first I want to maintain my gains I have right now.

Why am I losing gains? Do I need to quit girth exercises or start hanging again? I really like to just quit PE but for me its more important to maintain my gains. My hanging routine was pretty comfortable with 2 days on 2 days off with 1 month work and 3 months decon after that.

What is happening? Is it because I gained every mm with jelqing that I HAVE to jelq in order to keep the gains?

Please help me because I’m freaking out. Thanks
