I have been PEing for 5 months. I started out 6.5x5.0 NBPEG. I’m now 7.0x5.0 and I havent seen any gains in the last 2 months. I had been doing the newbie routine found on this site (5 minutes of stretches- going up, down, left and right, and 300 jelqs). Last month when I didnt gain anything I upped my jelqs to 600 hoping to gain again but I didnt. What do I do from here? It’s odd I think that I havent gained any girth at all too. I do PE probably 4 times a week.

Need some help, my gains haven’t started yet.


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

Spencer- Have you been reading up on PE?
Upping your jelq is a step in the right direction. Be patient- you had a great newbie pop, now the work begins.
You should have far greater knowledge of your dick now- start ‘feeling’ things out.
I’d reverse from stretch-jelq to jelq-stretch.
Double down on your stretch time- 10 minutes at least, maybe even slowly up it to 15 after a bit. Try some new stretches- the A-stretch is great for maximizing intensity while minimizing arm and wrist fatigue. Start slowly and max out your stretches.
Don’t worry about girth yet- go for length first THEN hit girth.
For now, jelq to ‘pre-exhaust’ your CCs and tunica, then stretch, stretch, stretch the hell out of your unit.

When you’re ready for girth start by slowly ramping up your dry jelqing- never fully erect- and really connect with how your wood feels while ‘pressurizing’ your CCs.

10”- patience, grasshopper- when you can snatch the stone… , Oh , never mind.
A month in is barely enough to condition your wood, never mind grow it.
Patience, patience, toujours patience.

Do the newbie routine as posted on the newbie forum. All of it. Include the warm-up [very important].
For three months.
Then check back in and let us know how it’s going.
I’ll be surprised if you haven’t started the ball rolling.

How do I stretch after I jelq? Wouldn’t it be hard to get a good grip because of the lube?

They may not have stopped but rather only slowed down.

Spencer, not necessarily. You could wrap with toilet paper and perform your stretches. The lube will soak into the paper and actually give you a better grip. If you wanted to do some intermediate jelqing after the stretches…either add more lube or dry jelq.

Andro’s advice here is golden. You would be wise to figure out how to make it work for you.

Would it be bad if i finished jelqing, did a 5min hot wrap then stretched? I tried stretching immediately after with a paper towel and then toilet paper so i could get a good grip from the lube and it hurt.

Not a bad idea to Hotwrap-jelq-hotwrap-stretch. Also 2 months is rather too short a timeframe to your gains.

alright ill give that a try. ive been pe’ing 5months not 2.

Use baby powder. I just tried exactly that a couple of minutes ago and it worked beautifully.

ill try to give that a shot. ill have to hide it though, i dont have a kid and my parents would be wondering wtf im doing with baby powder
