How do you completely eliminate pain with Quick Extender Pro?

Even though I could go for 8 hours straight no problem, what ends up being the limiting factor is the friction of the silicone tubes against the unprotected parts of my penis. I use two nooses, each equipped with a comfort pad which protects the top of my dick, but the comfort pads are not long enough to protect the sides where I tighten the noose against the plastic blue covering where you insert the tube ends; after about an hour or two, I have to stop. From what I understand, PE should be painless. I use a third comfort pad in between the top and bottom nooses to protect the majority of the underside of my penis. However, the sides are still slightly in contact with the silicone tubes, and as I said this becomes intolerable at the 2 hour mark.

Do those of you who use a similar setup have any advice for completely eliminating pain so you can wear this thing all day? I feel like this is going to dramatically slow my progress if I don’t get it handled. I’d wear this thing 24/7 if I could.

2 hours is a rather long session.
Even the most comfortable devices don’t allow for that duration, for most guys.

I’d suggest simply taking a break whenever it becomes uncomfortable and then continuing again. I have found that multiple sessions with rest period produce a more thorough stretch.

The problem with this is that by the time it starts becoming uncomfortable, the skin is already sensitized to pain and subsequent sessions I am unable to go as long. The way I’ve gone 8 hours at a time before was to bite the bullet and suffer through the pain until it goes numb. I don’t think this is healthy though. Also, I have not been able to get past 8.25 inches length in the extender or my bathmate. Length is the biggest goal for me right now and I am trying to add a half cm to my length protocol with the extender monthly.

Last month I made a post on here about slippage using the extender and someone recommended using the knobs on the device, and since then I’ve been getting way better workouts by allowing myself to balloon up at lower tension then increasing it. The problem is, with those sessions I get fluid buildup which inflates the skin making the contact with the silicone tubes even more painful.

My ideal scenario is to go for 8 hours straight daily with no pain at maximum length. This is how I’ll put on length fast. I need some tips on how to add covering on the silicone tubes / backplate to complete surround my dick with soft comfort padding. If there is no skin pain, I will surely be able to do what I intend.
