Hi!

So, I’m new here and I’m thinking of giving this PE thing a try. I wanna know how it works? Penis muscle is different from other muscles, so how does the enlargement work? I have seen lots of people here gaining some results. I am currently 15cm (6”) hard in length and 11,5-12cm in girth (4.72”) I would be very happy with +1cm (0,45”) in length and +0,5/1cm (0.2-0.4) in girth. Ideal +2cm (less than an inch) in length.

The thing that absolutely terrifies me is getting injured. I have also seen many people here getting injured. And I’m talking about people who didn’t overdo it, people who started slowly.

How does injury happen? What injuries can happen? I saw some ED and some nerve damage. What can I do to not get injured?
And is starting slow okay? Like I don’t plan on doing stretches because I get hard easy and one time I tried stretching I woke up with pain above my penis. Is slow and easy jelqing enough to get some results?

Works by increasing the penis capacity to hold more blood and improving penis tissues elasticity (mostly tunica).

It would be silly to say this is risk free sport. If you follow the recommendation, chances to get injuried are slim.

But it can happen and when they do happen, on most cases, few days of rest is enough to recover completely.

How does it work? The main hypothesis is that it stretches out the fascia sleeves of the penis as well as the internal connective tissue. That might not be the underlying mechanism though. Surgeries to do the same don’t work well at all, though that might be due to the complications of the surgery.

Another hypothesis is that the vascular network remodels to have a greater capacity, which technically involves muscles of a very different sort from skeletal.

Another hypothesis is these exercises do both of these things.

It would be nice if some testing was done to figure out what exactly is going on, but that would be pretty invasive and require a fair amount of resources.

Injuries are from physical trauma from external exercises or too much internal pressure from squeezing the penis too hard. You can potentially get injured by heat if you’re not careful. A few people have injured their penis applying substances to their penis. The injuries can be to any portion of the penis, nerves, vascular, skin, connective tissue, urethra.

Is a hot shower enough warmup? Like showering+keeping warm water on my penis for some minutes.
