How hard is it safe to pull

I`ve been doing piss pull for some time, along with my extended newbie routine.
But I`m afraid to pull my unit too hard.

How hard is it safe to pull, can I pull as hard as I can, or should I hold back?
What is your experience?

I think it’s best to play it safe but as you are getting used to it, you will know what is too much. Listen to your penis lol

If you have to squeeze tight enough to feel like you are damaging your glans just to be able to maintain a pull, then it is too hard.

Otherwise, you can pull as hard as you can - as long as you have a 0% erection.

Unless you are exceptionally week, pulling as hard as you can will break your penis. So don’t do that.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Do not tie a rope around your penis and jump from a tree.
You will not get quick gains. First try out doing some pulls in the shower where it is nice and warm.

Then if you feel a sharp pain don’t do it! If you feel a slight ache which is not overpowering then your on the right start.

It is entirely up to your body how hard you can pull.

I am incredibly strong and my penis is fine. But, you may be right - I should calm down ;)

Like I say, if I need to grip hard enough to feel like my penis is hurting, then that is too hard.

Some people hang monstrous weights from their dicks - that scares the hell outta me lol

I started out not pulling too hard. Gradually I’ve begun to pull harder each session. Take it easy and work your way into the stretches.


Start: Dec 2009 - 5.75 [BPEL] x 5.25 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

I feel like the weak link is my wrist. After pulling for a few minutes they start to hurt.

I think the most important thing when it comes to stretching is warm ups. Without warm up I’m not able to get a good grip.

Start off pulling with one hand and when you feel like you are failing - grab your gripping wrist with your other hand and aid it.

Thanks Herballist. I usually try to do that. It also helps to switch hands back forth every 30 seconds and mixing it up with an overhand grip and underhand.

I know I always say it, but bring one foot up and push down on your gripping hand. Gives you a great stretch and doesn’t tire your muscles as quickly. Change feet/sides equally though.

It doesn’t matter how hard you stretch as long as you feel the ligaments inside your hips attached to your penis being stretched.

Unfortunately not everyone gets to feel this sensation no matter how hard they stretch… I have gained length but never been able to tell that I was doing a good job.

Plus, after a long time in PE, growth indicators get fewer and fewer in my experience.
