How long can one stay away from PE-ing?

How long can one stay away from PE-ing?

I’ve been PE-ing for over a month now, and I believe I already made some small gains. That, and my erection is rockhard lately, so I think it’s working. I usually PE for 4 days in a row, then take one day off, etc. Yesterday was my day off, so today I wanted to do some PE-ing again. I was busy for about ten mintues when my sister started yelling. She wanted to comb her hair. And so I had to quit. How dangerous is not PE-ing for 2 days in a row regarding losing your gains? For how long could I quit from doing exercises after only about a month of PE-ing?

I’m a little worried about losing my gains that I’ve worked quite hard for, that’s all.

NBPEL = 6 (27/4/04). Aiming at 7 inches for now.

It’s not “dangerous” to skip a few days. Some guys have a five on two off schedule and they still make gains. You do it when you can and when you can’t you just go with it. In the end, with continued dedication, you’ll get what you want.

Try to at all times think “long-term”. To get the most out of PE you have to commit yourself to the idea that this endeavor might take years to reveal its full potential.
In that context, two days is nothing. Don’t sweat it. Just stay consistent and stay out of your sisters way - its training for when you get married :)

Good one :)

So it doesn’t matter if this happens in the beginning either? I think I read somewhere that gains only cement after a couple of months of PE-ing.

It’s best to think of your first month or two as a time of conditioning - a period where you get your unit into shape for either a more specialized routine and/or a more intense routine.
Should you register gains during this period, all the better - you might want to keep on doing what you’re doing but turn up the intensity in a responsible manner.

Gains won’t be compromised by a few days off regardless of how long you’ve been at this. As well, a good argument can be made that a strategic break can be beneficial.

Alright, thanks a lot. I’ve been doing a steady routine now (5 min. wrapping / about 5 minutes of manual stretching / about 25 minutes of jelqing / 5 min. wrapping). So if this is my conditioning routine, what changes would you suggest I’d make after about 2 months?

Even before you get to that point you should be reading as much as you can in an effort to better understand what exactly it is you are doing. Study up on your anatomy - the how’s and why’s of what makes PE work - and you will better be able to craft your own routine to meet your goals.
Above all else, stay consistent and commit yourself to this stuff - you will be rewarded with results.

Read this and understand it. It’s a valuable piece of information:
