Gain plateau: How to stay motivated for PE?

I gained about 1/8 to 1/4” in length after 3 months or so of pumpking and jelqing. Since then my gain has really stalled. I have to drag myself to do the PE workout these days. What should I do to stay motivated?

are you working on length or more on girth?
If you are going for length the Bib-hanger might be useful.
Since you already started to pump I suggest to add girth exercises in between your pumping sessions, if you would like to increase girth.

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

To stay motivated I recommend browsing these and other PE forums daily. The pictures, stories and encouragement you’ll receive from other members will be more than enough. PE does work, but for some it’s slower than others. You just have to think - do I really want a bigger penis? If so, get back to work!! :)

do you PE every day? If so, I suggest you take 2 weeks off. It might be time for your dick to get a break, regenerate and rest. After that I’d change my routine.

Speaking as someone who gets demotivated frequently, and comes and goes from the PE scene… Every time I come back i do make gains.. but they’re so small each time that I quit after a few weeks or months. Still, I know that three years ago I did not have an 8.5”EBPL. Last night, I did. Even haltingly, the gains do come. Imagine how much faster this would have gone or how much more growth I could have had if I didn't take breaks.

I’d drop the pumping and use that time to do other work focused on whatever you want most…length or girth.

Being active on the forum really does help, when your surrounded by other dick sized obsessive people it only will help you even be more crazed about dick size and thus more inclined to work out harder.

Exactly what Dino9x7 said. Also, I like to think about possibilities like for instance being able to someday hear a woman say “oh my god!” when I drop my pants or being able to get those grunts from women that bigger guys can get. Believe me,just the thought of such as that keeps me motivated.

One day on one day off.works for me, I actually crave the next workout, and on the rest days I’m hanging lower and my penis is a healthier color and I have crazy wood in the morning, like nothing I have ever experienced, even in puberty.I quit jelquing and masturbating btw

If you have only been PEing for 3 months I would recommend against hanging.

Since you did not tell us much about your routine I wont bother commenting on routine, but I am inclined to remind you that 3 months is a drop in the bucket for a lot of us.

Your gain plateau can ONLY be overcome by perseverance and dedication - if you want to see real gains they you better get into the “pe for the rest of my god given life” mind set. Where you will find the motivation for this is hard to say - motivation comes from within, either you have it or you don’t.

Visualisation is the key to staying motivated.

I think the key to staying motivated is not overworking.I overworked for 4 months and gained like .01 and almost gave up.then went to hanging 3-6 lbs for 30-60 mins(15 min intervals) and went to a one day on one day off plan.this allows me to stay motivated because I can’t wait for my next excersize, and on the rest day I’m always hanging looooow.this also helps avoid long deconditioning periods which make it hard to start back up.

I think it’s good advice.I want to hear from others that have tried one day on one day off, if it benefited you or not. I don’t think alot of people have tried this method
