How Long To Heal After Minor Jelqing Injury?
Hi everybody,
I know that every body responds differently to an injury and obviously some will heal faster than others. I’m also aware that listening to your body is the best gauge for knowing when you’re back to normal again and such.
I started very slow and did only the newbie routine. I did four different sessions. On the fourth session, I made sure to focus on starting the jelq at the very base of my shaft and then worked upwards but stopped before getting to the glans. I also did a warm up of at least a 10 min bath before jelqing and after.
During the actual jelq, I didn’t experience any pain. I think I gripped the base of my shaft too hard (typical newbie mistake- *now* I know), because I still have some pain that radiates from there. Fortunately, I have not experienced any of the “hard flaccid” symptoms so far. I still have all sensitivity, I have morning wood, and I can get erections. My erections were actually at times stronger than normal.
My main complaint is that I have pain localized at the base of my penis where I gripped too strongly. My erection during jelqing may have been above 80% for a few moments and I should have been more aware. I know that newbies shouldn’t jelq when this hard, and I should have been paying more attention to exactly how hard I was.
I injured myself 3 days ago, and as the days went by the pain did seem to lessen. I tried just gently touching the area at the base of the shaft to do some testing, and the pain has come back, pretty much as strong as the first day I injured myself.
Before touching the area that hurts, I masturbated twice on two different days and was able to cum. I decided however to leave my unit alone after that so that it can heal faster .
How long (just from your personal experiences) did it take before you recovered from something like this? I’m guessing maybe I just pinched a nerve or something? Or maybe I stressed a ligament at the base? I appreciate any feedback, and apologize for the perennial newb questions. Hope everyone had a good Christmas!
