I started in 2009, after watching a YouTube video about jelqing, I followed the described routine rigorously for about 1.5 to 2 months and then quit because of lacking results. Later I heard of the Bathmate Hercules, bought one and used it according to the instructions for about 1.5 months, and quit. Then a long period of no PE, but in 2012 I heard of the scientifically proven results of andropenis / jes-extenders. I then bought a Male Edge Basic, used it according to the instructions for about 1.5 months, and it broke. I was kind of relived because it was a pure hell to wear it for more than 15 minutes, but I put in the hours anyway, until one of the rods snapped in two. I decided to quit PE.
In 2015, stumbled upon a site called “boy toy.com” or something like that, a countryman of mine who was willing to put his face on the line, and recommended the VLC Tugger. I then bought the VLC Tugger and put as many hours in as possible for the next 2.5 months. After this time stopped because of the stress and lack of hours in the day, due to having a toddler and a newborn, a wife, an unfinished thesis and my first real full time job.
A lot of stress, and a depression etc. Later I rekindled my PE interest in November 2017, and started using my VLC Tugger again, putting as many hours in as possible, even in my work time. I might have been a bit overzealous in wearing the device, because I often tightened the tension strap so hard, that I for hours sat quietly suffering a sharp pain in the penis five out of seven evenings a week, not seeing results. I then took a break for 1.5 months and went back at it, with less force and hours, much because of reading advises on Thunders place.
I now employ a system build on maintaining a average of weekly hours under traction with an ADS, convenient dry jelqing when the opportunity presents it self, I.e. Bathroom visits and before bedtime. I have furthermore endeavoured into hanging, using 1.5 kg for 3 - 4 hours pr session 2 - 3 times a week.
I start my hanging sessions with 1 kg. For 20 - 30 minutes, then 10 minutes of massage and dry jelqing. Then I use 2 kg. For minimum 40 minutes often 1 hour +. After this set, 15 minutes of massage and dry jelqing, then back at the 2 kg. Hang for minimum 40 minutes, repeated minimum 3 times pr. Hang-day. Each session ending with dry jelqing and then masturbation, often until ejaculation. Most times I then apply either an ADS for 2 - 4 hours at least, or a anti-turteling wrapping, using elastic gaze band.
My general guideline for using ADS, has been that X hours times x kg. Of stretching force for a given period of time, will yield x extra cm of length. Very simple and with no regards to individual circumstances like body type and general response to physical stress and nutrient intake.
Likewise, my approach to jelqing back in the day, was that minimum 200 strokes pr. Day for X months would yield X cm. Of extra length. Of course I did not give it any thought that it was not the number of jelqs that gave the result, but the compounded amount of time jelqing, I.e. Seconds pr. Stroke times compounded strokes for a period of time, that was the key to length.
I am now slightly wiser than I was when I was 22, primarily because of Thunder’s Place. I do not adhere to the Newbie routine because I do not feel that I have the time and the necessary privacy to do this routine, and I do believe that my penis by now has accustomed to the rough treatment of PE in general. I therefore stick with the ADS for as many hours a week as I can get away with and 2 -3 hanging sessions pr. Week, lasting about 3 - 4 hours pr session with low weight ( max 2 kg. ) finally I supplement with convenient dry jelqing and JAI stretches when I find a moment.
All this has been done in secrecy, my wife knows nothing just like anyone else and I am not planning on letting her in on my project any time at all. This is of course a complicating element, but I believe that it is within my power to succeed without her support and blessing.
