How Often To Measure.

Like the title says, as a newbie how often should you measure. I don’t want to measure too often because I feel like I’d often be disappointed in my results if I don’t give it enough time. But I also want to be sure I’m still progressing with what I’m currently doing. Is there a happy medium?


Start date 7/15/19

Starting stats: BPEL 7.5in, mseg 5.25in

Goal stats: BPEL 10in, mseg 7in

Once a month or every 2 months.

Later on is recommended that you measure less often because gains won’t happen that fast in comparison to the early months.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

I measure every 10 days but I keep track of 6 different forms of measuring. so I cycle the same measurement only after 1 month or 2.

example
day 1 you measure bpel
day 10 you measure pbfsl
day 20 you measure stretched in extender at 1200 grams of tension
day 30 you measure bpel again.

that way i use to collect gains very often and keeps me crazy motivated.

I measured every three months when I started. After six months, I went a year without measuring.

Monthly at the most and make sure you’ve got good eq when you do.

More often will just give you extra data points that won’t actually tell you anything.

Not to much is the correct answer…..not seeing gains can be a mood killer even if your erections are getting better.
