This question has a lot of variables to it. An aspect of the question is, if I made gains from the extender and I take an extended break from PE, will I keep my gains? For the most part gains will stay, but most would recommend applying a maintenance regime that includes some weekly manual work, such as jelqing. The penis has a tendency to want to get smaller with age, this is part of what PE mitigates.
If one extends for 100 hours and gains only incrementally, then losses from an extended break could take one back to the starting line. If one extends for 1000 hours and gains say 0.50”, then losses over an extended break might be much less.
I count every minute of PE in an excel log and now also here on Thunders, but the log does not provide me the gains, it’s the consistency that will ultimately give way to the results.
It’s up to you whether you want to include those prior hours from the past into your log, personally, I would include them, but at the end of the day we have to also track our measurable gains over time. I have 7 month stretches of consistent PE, but no measurable gains, I still include those hours in my tracking.
