Of course that’s probably going to take around 7 months. So I guess short term goal is to see 1/4” length gain around October as that will be 3 months of use. I’ve been upping my time from about 4 hours to 6 hours a day and tonight I hit 7 hours. Will probably stick with 7 hours a day for the next month or so.
As Dt mentioned, definitely always be aware of your PI’s.
Your goals are reasonable. I should have been more clear in my initial question, so my apologies for that, regardless you answered it! To be clear I was more concerned with whether you were looking for girth, length, both?
Given that your immediate goal is to chase down about a 0.50”, I would focus all my energy and rest around that goal. You are putting in some serious hours on the extender and wearing most days of the week. I would back off of putting pressure on yourself to squeeze in other exercises, such as jelqing. I have thrown all kinds of other exercises at my extender routine and it is difficult to manage the balance required to get results from all of it, in addition to the fact that I just wasn’t getting the rest I needed.
I gained 0.50” over my 1000 hours in the extender, so it’s very possible to achieve.
I was going to do an extender morning/jelq afternoon routine. I am .25” from my length goal. So I have recently taken some of my own medicine and threw the jelq out the window. Putting all my energy into the extender and getting to that initial goal I’ve set.
Then I will take my energy and to begin a girth focused routine, which will be my most tested PE endeavour to date. I won’t have time to think about extending and my rest will need to be balanced in favor of those girth routines.
Others might disagree, so obviously weigh it all against the different opinions and recommendations. You will ultimately need to go with your gut and remember to be safe. It’s a marathon.
