I’m trying to decide whether or not it would be wise to combine an extender with girth exercises. From what I gather, it seems like it’s reasonable to forecast about 0.5” per 1000 hours of extender use. Of course, a lot of people grow faster than that, and some not at all, but perhaps that’s a reasonable median figure.

The problem is that using an extender alone would mean spending two years to get the length gain I want while making no progress in girth.

Has anyone here used an extender for 4+ hours a day simultaneous to girth exercises and been able to increase their girth substantially as well? For example, have you done both an extender and pumping and seen both length and girth gains simultaneously?

I’d very much like to gather insight into how reasonable it might be to expect this same .5”/1000hrs length gains at the same time as perhaps gaining some girth from other exercises as well. My ideal would be to gain 1” length and 0.5” girth in the next two years.

Any info on peoples’ experiences growing length and girth simultaneously would be greatly appreciated.

According to many studies I’ve looked over, people gain about 0.1 inches every 115 hours in an extender. However, those that have hung or done PE in the past will gain at a slower pace. It’s important to use high tension to achieve results. Those that don’t gain almost always lack the use of high tension levels.
