How to Jelq Specifically?
I have always done relatively fast jelqs (I used to do 1000 1-2 seconds) but I’m not getting any gains anymore so should I start doing slower jelqs? And if so, 1. How many jelqs should I do? 2. Should I time each jelq with my phone or just guess how long 5 seconds is? 3. Should I count how many jelqs I do or just have a time limit?
