How to judge newbie gains

I’ve been PEing for just over a month and so far I’m very impressed with the results. First off I’m not under the illusion the gains are permanent at this point in time. Never the less a 1/4” in length and 3/8” in girth gains is shocking to me. I assume some of the gains are a result of improved erections. My question is when should you measure? I always measure on my off days. Is a single day off enough time to allow the penis to go back to it’s new size? I keep thinking in my head that some of the gains must be swelling from doing PE or some other reason.

For the record I started out at 6 3/4 BPEL and 4 3/4” MSG. In the first two weeks I gained 1/8” in length and 1/4” in girth. During the next two weeks I gained another 1/8” in length and 1/8” in girth.


Started: BPEL 6.75" MSEG 4.75", Now: BPEL 7.75" MSEG 5.438", Goal: BPEL 8" MSEG 6"

Well don’t measure too often, there’s probably no point and it’d better to just track your progress every couple of weeks.

If that’s what you’re already doing though, I just measure on my days off like 24+ hours after the last workout.


Start (11/23/08) - 7.0" x 5.0" BPEL/MSEG

Current - 7.375" x 5.0" BPEL/MSEG

Short-Term Goal - 7.5" x 5.375" BPEL/MSEG
