You can measure with a tape, or ruler, or ruler after you straighten your curve. I know you want to know the true measurement of yourself, but the problem is that there is no true measurement. Not only that, but when you compare yourself to averages or statistics, you will be comparing to liars, bone pressers, non-bone pressers, curved, straight, guys who put the end of the ruler under their balls, or at their anus, women who estimate out of their asses, etc. Most of the time when you hear about sizes, you don’t know any of the details of how they were measured, even in so called scientific studies. So no matter what you do, it really only matters to you, and as you said, just be consistent so you know your true gains.
