I’m wondering how you measure length. Sure from the top - but pressed against the bone (hurts a little to push that far in) or just against the skin.
For me it is a big difference:
Against the bone - 17.6 cm 6.92 inches
Just against the skin - 15.3 cm 6.02 inches
Well you need to feel it on the bone, that’s why it’s called BPEL. Still that doesn’t mean you need to press it like hell. There are a few ways to measure. If you have pain or problems with this method pick a other type of measuring.
Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

Thanks - not much pain, just a little discomfort. The length just against my skin has already gone from 5.5 inches to 6 inches through weight loss, so it makes sense that this isn’t the value that’s used. Well.. That makes me bigger than I thought I was. I’m planning on getting an extender anyway - I’d like to be about 8 inches - just over 20 cm.
BPEL is used to keep a track of progress more precisely, NBPEL is what girls see. :)
