Distraction. Do anything to get your mind off it and your erection level will lower. Watch the game on TV, talk to a friend on the phone or read some posts here at thunders, it doesn’t really matter what as long as it lowers your erection level.
One of the things you can do when you ain’t a newbie anymore is add advanced stretches and do them before your regular stretches and jelqing. It will lower your erection level too. This worked wonderful for me.
