How to stay stealth with PE Weights

I just had a really good experience with staying stealth while wearing PE weights. To avoid the situation where the PE weights fall off and down your pants leg and roll across the floor, right in front of the nuns that are in line in front of you at Wal Mart!

Wear sweat pants with the “gathered” elastic bottoms on the legs and only one PE weight. When it lets go, it goes down the pants leg and catches/ stays at the bottom and doesn’t escape!

Works great . I just had this happen and I thought I’d share it with all of you.

You could also tie a string to the weights (something strong enough not to break but thin enough so it doesnt’ get in the way) and attach that to your belt loop.

I’d go with this method.

I’m not sure wearing 1 PE weight has that much benefit to be honest…I made good gains wearing 3, I gotta get back into wearing them daily.
