Just wondering what you guys think. I noticed that when I jelq, while sitting upright with my pelvis pulled in (which usually causes my dick to be an inch shorter), my glans gets fuller. See if you notice a difference, it might be a grow-er thing. I stopped doing it because my glans is looking rather mushroom like. It also seems to cause my jelqs to feel fuller and more firm and there is more of a pull. Which may help with girth and length.

My head sadly has not grown at all after many years of PE.

Try this and let me know what you think - it’s a firegoat original (firegoat jelq?), but works along similar lines to what you are talking about. I don’t think of it as a head exercise, just an alternative jelq you might like..

Instead of normal jelqs where you move your hand up your shaft, try gripping the base of your shaft with a fairly hard erection (so it’s advanced and can create a lot of pressure - caution needed) and your pelvis pushed forward.
Don’t move your hand up the shaft to create the jelq, keep the hand still and pull the pelvis backward instead to move the hand up the shaft.
