Everyone above me have posted good points. Additionally, my observations and experience suggest that smaller penises gain faster. Given the size you are starting with, you will probably have almost as difficult a time gaining as I do. You do have Newbie gains to look forward to but look at the geometry.
An inch of penis at the girth you are at would require more time to stretch and generate new tissue for the purpose than say someone in the 4 or 5 inch length area with 4.8” or so average girth. So there is no quick solution.
However, try the Newbie Routine. This starts you out in PE. Starting with size doesn’t mean your penis is conditioned or tough so this much at least gives you a start point. As you progress through it look through the videos on site. They illustrate exercises for the majority of needs you have. I’m still using some, so they’ll work on you. But your penis will prefer exercises based on how comfortable they are. Often this varies widely from individual to individual. So after a few months of the Newbie Routine experiment with some different exercises.
I don’t recommend skipping ahead, as it can slow or stop your gains if you push too hard, too fast. Starting with a huge size doesn’t make tissue less fragile and sensitive.
