I am having the PE surgery done in 2 weeks

I would really love for you to get the surgery so I can look at the advantages and disadvantages of your operation - but I am not that kind of person - I need you to think more about the dangers and ask yourself, what if it does go wrong?

You are insecure now… what will you be if your dick is unusable afterwards? I for one would kill myself if I could never have orgasms again.

May the force (of your hand) be with you. :littleguy

However, I really wouldn’t care too much if I was slightly less hard, since it did result in an inch of girth.

Your body grows into the Alloderm. After a few months, veins and capillaries will run through which become hard as a rock just like your erectile tissue does when it fills with blood.

Good post and you do have a point. My doctor isn’t a big fan of hanging, he thinks it can be dangerous. I will be using manual stretches and the Trac Man. I might try hanging later down the line but if I still can’t get it working I will use the manual stuff and the ADS. My main priority is gaining girth. If I only gain a fraction of an inch length I won’t care too much. I do, however, want to be thick.

That is a hell of a lot of money to part with just for some extra cock ! Have you looked at the possibility of having it done in Thailand ? There is a hospital there that is described as a cross between a hospital and a 5 star hotel. They do everything there from SRS surgery to penis and breast enhancement. Usually at a fraction of the cost in the US and most of the doctors are trained in the US, UK, Australia and Canada so you are getting first class treatment, not some backyard quack. Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide. ZZ.

P.s. The hospital is called ’ The Samui Clinic ’ for details type that into your search engine and check them out. The cost will be about half what you are proposing to spend and you get a holiday with it !

Man I am a firm believer in the phrase “you get what you pay for.” I made sure to research the doctors and I know what I am getting, which would not be the case if I went overseas. I do appreciate the information though.

I agree. If you’re spending a lot of money on something like this, you need to spend it on the best money can buy.

Yes! Pay the extra and go to Beverly Hills.

My penis has many prominent veins just under the skin. During surgery, when they wrap the new tissue around your existing tissue, does it go above or below these veins? If it goes on top of them, I would think they would be compressed between the new and old tissue when you get an erection. If they are compressed, then what are the consequences of the reduced flux of blood through the penis during erection?

Another perfect example of why p.e just doesn’t work.

Go and lock yourself in a closet and eat your penis pills and stop whining about why PE does not work.

:buttrock: The Peter Dick method :buttrock:

Then, BPEL:7.500"x5.500"

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

I think that the Alloderm goes underneath of the veins but I am not positive. I know that the visible veins on my dick are connected to the skin. Also, in the pictures that I have seen from Alloderm surgery the penis has the same vein pattern. There may or may not be some veins that do go under the Alloderm, I will try and get a definitive answer from the doctor when I see him in person. Even if the answer is yes I don’t necessarily think that they will be compressed or have their blood flow impeded just because they aren’t on the surface. However once again, I am not the doctor.

Agreed. There is no reason to go to a forum full of PE’ers and harp about your lack of gains. No matter how frustrated I became I never did this. Either quit, try harder, or investigate other options such as surgery. His post seemed somewhat trollish.

Hi 8-Ball,

I have been thinking about it more and I think it might be impossible for the penis to have the same vascular pattern just under the skin after Alloderm surgery. This prominent vasculature is made up of both veins and arteries. These vessels enter and exit the internal structures of the penis all along the shaft. I don’t see how the grafts could be placed under the vasculature so I wonder what are we seeing in the before and after pictures.

Maybe I am confused, I pulled an all night-er.

Some of the veins and arteries are in the skin. For example, if you have veins that literally “pop out of” your dick these will remain after the surgery. I imagine that there are also veins and arteries that will be covered up by the Alloderm. This in and of itself doesn’t guarantee that the blood flow will be impeded, although it is certainly something to consider. Eventually as you force blood into the penis after surgery with pumping, new veins will grow into the Alloderm. Remember, you have veins running all throughout your body and just because they aren’t all on the surface, it doesn’t mean they aren’t working properly.
