Okay so you have been here about two weeks and I pulled up your six posts and everything is negativity. Are you trying to save us from ourselves?

I don’t know how many times this has been said on the forum, But the ingredients in penis pills simply give you an erection.

If you have an erection for a long time you’re penis will be damaged as the blood cannot be refreshed properly. We know that from some people’s use of Viagra, which I believe (Can’t be certain here as I’ve not used it) that Viagra carries a warning to visit your doctor if you have an erection for a longer than normal time.

So given that. How can penis pills give you a bigger dick? I have had erections for the last 65 years or so,and yet my dick never got longer until I started PE.

Now I did try Penis pills, and in fact they didn’t even give me an erection, let alone any gains

And if I had £1 for every time I masturbated I would probably be a millionaire!

Update

I spoke with the doctor on the phone today and he has recommended that I use dermographs instead of the Alloderm for my surgery. Basically, the Alloderm is cadaverous skin tissue which has been dehydrated and the dermograph is the same type of tissue, but harvested from your own body and not dehydrated. His reason is my starting length, which is apparently larger than the vast majority of his patients. He told me that almost all are between 4.5-6.5 inches long. Apparently the tissue is more pliable when it comes form your body and is not dehydrated and also he is able to get a long enough strip, whereas the Alloderm comes in smaller pieces and must be assembled. The benefits will be that I will have more potential to gain length, as it stretches easier than Alloderm, this decreases the risk of infection, shortens the recovery period, and will cost me $1,500 less. The Alloderm is very expensive and obviously the tissue from your body doesn’t cost anything. The own downside is that there will be a scar where they harvest the tissue from. This will be on my backside, below the belt. The scar bothers some people and causes them to pay the extra money for Alloderm, but to me it is not really a big deal. He said it will heal nicely and won’t be very noticeable.

Also, I remember reading some concern over getting the length and girth done at the same time. I don’t think it was in this thread, probably the one that Crashhex started. I asked the doctor if getting the two done simultaneously would hinder my results and he said no. I mentioned that I had heard of the ligament reattaching to the pubic bone if it isn’t stretched right away and he told me that my post operative stretching would start the day after my surgery. This really put my mind at ease as I had thought that I would have to wait before beginning my post operative PE. He said that I would start by gripping right behind the head and pulling. He said he would show me how to do it and give me more specifics when I see him in person.

Will you have an incision right behind the head where the new tissue is inserted. It seems like it might be mind blowingly painful to grip near this spot and pull the very next day. Not to mention the swelling that will inevitably take place throughout your penis and its anchor point.

Did you ask him about the placement of the vasculature?

Thank you very much for this post. It is very useful to have this sort of detailed description from start to finish, although I still might try and talk you out of it. :leftie:

I also have trouble understanding how you could possibly start stretching the day after girth surgery. Isn’t the dick pretty badly beat up for a few weeks, like after circumcision?

If they are going to harvest this tissue from your body why not take it from the fat pad?

8-Ball,

Will they be removing an entire piece of skin for the graph, or tissue under the skin? In other words, how big of a scar are we talking about?

Motivated, from what I understand it’s a hair line scar, supposedly. I’m not a doctor or anything but they use sutures? To heal up the spot. From accounts of the people that has had this said that it healed nicely. I have no clue about this I am just repeating what I have heard.

8-Ball, I heard the Dermal Grafts have bigger initial gain, but when the fat reabsorbs (which it will eventually) it will be similar in girth to alloderm. Also, the Dermal Grafts need to take 100% or the grafts might become necrotic and harden. Also if you scar easily or have darker skin, it is not recommended because the scars are much more visible. The upside from what I understand is that Dermal Grafts are much easier to deal with when something goes wrong whereas alloderm’s only option is removal.

I am not trying to hinder your choice, but thought that you should know, GOOD LUCK!

NOTE: I forgot to add that also with dermal grafts they have to use the heavier anesthesia because you will be out for a good 2+ hours. Whereas alloderm can be done with local anesthesia

What date is your surgery? Sorry if I have missed it.

May the force (of your hand) be with you. :littleguy

Here’s a pic I found online from the surgical enlargement forum showing dermal graft scars across the back and under the butt cheek. FYI.

Wow that looks a lot worse than what I had pictured and certainly would bother me. I asked the doctor how the scar would look and he described something a lot more faint. I’ll be asking him about this for sure.

It’s layers of the skin below the surface. Dermal tissue, not epidermal. The scar is supposed to be a hairline scar that will fade.

If you scroll down to Figures 8 through 11 here , you can see photos of the graft necrosis mentioned by Tobe9. (Warning: Nasty.)
