I don't know if my own routine would yield results

New member here, registered a few days ago but didn’t really post anything, just scoured/lurked around the forums looking at research.
I come here to ask for advice/assistance because I’m not entirely sure if the routine I came up with would work.
Because I work and I tend to arrive home at a late time, I don’t really necessarily have the energy to stretch my dick this way, stretch it that way, do a bajillion jelqs and v-jelqs. I get pretty tired.
The size of my penis, according to this forum and many others is adequate enough to please someone. Now, I’m a virgin so I don’t have any experience with that and I wouldn’t know. I actually do have some sort of “Porn Dick Size” illusion thingy where I feel inadequate compared to pornstars even though I know it’s all camera angles and tricks etc.
The length of my penis when erect is 6.3-6.5” NBPEL (depending on EQ, I actually don’t have good EQ due to being abit overweight and fap abit too much) and 7.5” BPEL.
The girth of my penis is 5.6” MSEG and my BG is 6.8”.
My main goal is to add length, I mean I’m already pretty thick, I wanna push to at least 7” NBPEL, however I wouldn’t mind pushing for that extra .4” in girth to make it 6”.
The routine that I go with (plan to go with in the future) is that for the first week I would do 10 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of pumping for 5 days a week and have 2 off days.
Then for the next 2 weeks I would kick it up to 12 minutes of jelqing and 15 minutes of pumping, pumping once a day 5 days a week.
And then after my first month I plan to finalise my jelqing sessions to 15-20 minutes 5 days on 2 days off and pumping twice a day 15 minutes each.
I do pump here and there but the pumps I have do not have the pressure gauges on them so I do plan to invest in one that has a pressure gauge (preferably airpump, I heard Bathmates have RIDICULOUS Hg when fully pumped so that scared me a little)
Would it yield to any results if I kept it like that for I’d say 4-6 months? I know results don’t come quickly, I just wanna know if a routine that I improvised and made for myself would be “effective” enough for me to see gains.
EDIT: I just wanted to add, I do have experience with pumps, I am aware of not overpumping etc, So I would like to incorporate it into my routine.
