Alright, first Thread I am posting.

I don’t really understand erect jelqing.
I know it’s risky to try.
Whenever I go on other sites about P.E or Thunders Place, I don’t see anything about erect jelqing. The only thing I heard about is that it gets you gains, mostly for girth.
Is that true?
Another thing is that, how do you erect jelqing? Is it like jelqing but you do it with a light grip?
I don’t understand it really.

One more thing,
I’m wondering if this is a good routine or I have to change some stuff about it.

15 - 20 minute jelqing, 5 - 10 minutes erect jelqing, and 10 minute stretching?

Jelqing produces vascular pressure, at full erection you are almost fully expanded. The penis is in full tension and you are now applying additional forces, the susceptibility to tearing is high.

“How should you do erect jelqs?” - You shouldnt.
“How would you do erect jelqs?” - I wouldnt.

Honestly, if you are new at this then erect jelqing could be both the beginning and the end of your PE venture in the same session.

Take a look at the newbie routine, its a good place to start. I made the probable mistake of not following it. Over 6 months in for me now and no gains yet and i’m aware I have only myself to blame. If i could go back, thats where I would start.

I’m starting to understand. I’m not that new to these exercises (jelqing and stretching, I know kegels but I didn’t try those out.) or routines, but I’ll give it a shot.
