I’ve been doing this a few weeks now (almost 4) and here are some questions I need some help with:

Jelqing. How hard should I squeeze? Should it hurt? Should I be standing or sitting?

Ulis. Again, how hard should I squeeze. How many should I do per PE session?

Stretching. Is it good to heat and stretch on your day off or should you just leave it alone all together? What stretches are best for warming up and cooling down?

This may sound stupid, how important is it to do kegels after your PE session? If I do them before, lets say, on the way to work, does that count? Also, I kegel when I masturbate, is that a reasonable substitute?

Important Newbie Threads/Info

Imagine dipping a smooth stick in runny honey and sqeegying the honey off with your jelq grip. That’s how hard you should squeeze.

It should NEVER hurt. Ever.

You can stand or sit. Doesn’t matter.

You should not be doing ULIs if you are only 4 weeks in. All you will do is toughen your tunica up and make long term gains more difficult to achieve.

A rest day is a rest day. Do nothing.

A rice sock or IR lamp etc. is for warming up. You can ‘cool down’ with heat, ice, or nothing. If you choose ice or nothing, stay under a gentle stretch until your penis is at body temperature.

You can kegel whenever you want. It doesn’t have to be part of your routine - do it when you’re sat at traffic lights. Do it when your boss is telling you off for something etc. Kegeling while masturbating is seldom as ‘structured’ as you want (sometimes long, slow, sometimes short fast, etc.) so it’s not really a viable substitute.

Thanks for the gouge. I’ll stop doing Ulis and continue with the Newbie Routine. How long should I wait before doing Ulis and do you think, in this short period of time, that I’ve toughened by tuncia to the point where gains will be hard? Thanks.

Ideally, wait until you are not getting any more gains from the newbie routine, then add in Ulis. It’s best to wait about 3 months though. You won’t have toughened your tunica much yet.

At about 3 weeks my routine consisted of (before we had this conversation):
5-10 min with a heat pack
10 min (BTC and/or stretch in every direction for 30 sec for 3 sets)
10 min jelqing (a little over 100 jelqs with what I can guess is a 60-80% erection)
Uli (got it, too much too soon)
10 min “me time” (gotta reward the big guy some how)
JAI stretch (15 reps x 3 sets)
5-10 min of heat

After firegoat’s info I’ve cut out the Uli and I’m doing 3 on/1 off. In about a week or so I’ll increase to 20 min of jelqing. What are your thoughts?

Looks fine if your EQ is remaining high. Build the jelqing slowly, rather than doubling it.

It seems that we can’t emphasize here on Thunder’s how important it is to go GRADUALLY. Not only to avoid injuries, but to avoid too fast conditioning of your dick.
