I recently heard about PE.
And I’m completely newbie in PE.

I’m unsatisfied about my penis size especially length.
I wanted to improve my length of penis and tried exploring various information, and I found that Extenders like Penimaster Pro and Phallosan Forte is good at improving length.

So I’m currently planning to buy Penimaster Pro, and I have some questions about extenders.

1. I heard that I don’t use that extenders carefully, I can get some seriously bad symptoms like blisters in glans and occlusion.
How can I prevent myself from these risks?

2. Do I must precede having manual routines like jelqing and stretching before start to use extenders after that?
I heard that some opinion saying that having such manual routines before start using extenders is recommended and skipping that is extremely dangerous,
And some opinions saying it is okay to skip that manual routines like jelqing and start PE with extenders and there is no risk caused by skipping jelqing.

I’m really confused because everyone’s opinions are different.
It says gain and appropriate exercise methods varies people by people so it’s important to construct method for my own by my own experiences.

Is it okay to skip that routine and start PE with extender?

It’s your dick, you can do what you want with it. We’re just suggesting that you start with what has worked for many guys and what we believe is the best starting point.

Your dick needs to be conditioned (be in condition) to undertake a more advanced activity like an extender. Some guys can start with an extender, some guys cant. A main benefit of the newbie routine is the conditioning that occurs. You also learn more about what your dick can do and what it doesnt like to do. If you try the extender and have issues with it, you can always take some time off and re start withanother program.

Yes, start slow. This is a long journey. So, begin with that Newbie Routine. Skip those extenders for now.

Well Okay then, I will try it.

But I heard jelqing is difficult for Uncut man. And that’s because I’m planning to start PE with Penimaster. I’m uncut.

Every Jelqing references I’ve ever seen are for circumcised man, so I can’t get any resources from it.

Is there any jelqing methods for uncut man?

Yep. Pull the foreskin back to the base and hold it there with one hand. Jelq with the other hand.

I’ve used an extender for the guts of a year, got over an inch already! It’s not rocket science don’t be afraid but be cautious! Just build up slowly and do what you can, it’s as simple as that. Personally I don’t jelq, it’s just not for me. I think red dots and the odd blister from extenders are probably par for the course and part of the learning curve. They are not the end of the world and will go away and can likely be avoided altogether with a common sense approach. Jelqing or any other form of PE is not mandator prior to using an extender, these are all just tools that you can chose from to find what suits you best. I use the PM pro and think it’s great. Get started already.

The reason I want to skip jelqing is because I’m uncut and my foreskin is too loose.

I started out with extender. I did some stretching, but were not into jelqing in the beginning. Did use the extender for an average of 4 hours per day for over two years. I logged more than 2400 hours before I stopped writing down the hours in my log. Did I gain ? Yes, roughly 1,5 inches ( 4 cm) of length. That was obviously neewbie gains + some, and in the years after that, I have been using my extender, jelqing and stretching, and some light hanging as an ads. Still growing - very slow indeed - but I’m getting there. As heat I use a rice sock.

If you want to start with the extender, and find that more comfortable to you, or you prefer that to jelqing, there is no wrong in doing so. Go for it. You will grow, just go slow, increase force and time slowly, and remember that it is time under traction/force that counts. Good luck.

I never jelqed first, because I don’t like the idea of stretching my dick with my hand, it sounds boring and i don’t think I could apply consistent tension each time. With the extender you just put it on and forget about it! Everyone is different just do what suits you. You will get results, don’t worry so much, just start doing it.
