Hey Guys, I am new here and first I want to say hi and good evening. I have been searching and reading these forums for almost nine months but I just joined today.

I have been practicing PE for eight months already and had some progress the first 6 months. The routine for the first month was: 5 min warm up (in shower with hot water), 5 stretches (30 seconds each), 100 Jelqs (2-3 seconds each), 5 min warm down (in shower with hot water) and around 50 kegels. Did this 5 times a week. I gained (0.118 inches) EG and (0.2 inches) BPEL. Since I had some gains I continued with the same routine for the second month but no gains this time. So the third month I added 2 more stretches and 30 Jelqs and I gained some girth again. Around (0.118 inches) EG but no gains in length. However because I gained some girth I did the same routine the fourth month but no gains this time. The fifth month I added 2 more stretches and 30 jelqs. But again no gains. The sixth month I added again 2 more stretches and 40 jelqs, but again no gains. So the seventh month I changed things up a little bit instead of adding more stretches and jelqs. I tried the rice sock(heated in microwave) instead of warning up and down in the shower and started doing jelqing before stretching. Making these two changes made some differences during my PE workout. No problems keeping my erection during jelqing (like I had when I was warming up in the shower). Much bigger and steady erection now and I was doing all the jelqs in a row without pausing to stimulate myself with porn. Also my stretching routine was much easier now. I don’t know if it was because of the different warm up method or because I was doing jelqing before stretching. I decided not to measure on the end of the seventh month but to wait till the eight month to pass and see if I have any gains. At the end of the eight month I measured and I had the same girth like when I started PE. Also my EQ might be a little bit worse. Is it time for vacation or it might be something else? What was I supposed to do when I wasn’t getting any gains?

When in doubt, decondition. Eight month? Take 2 months off. Look into other exercises while you wait. Watch your EQ and size return and increase.

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. During these 8 months I had 2 days on 1 day off (no other rest days, 2 days on 1 day off during the whole 8 months). And when you say to increase after my rest you mean to increase from my last routine that I had the last 2 months or start over again from beginning, my routine from the 1 month.

I only meant your EQ will return and your size will increase as it does. Start back with your last routine with no changes when you’re done with the break.

If your current routine gives you bad PIs on your return, step it down.

I would like to piggyback this with a question. I’ve been PEing for 4 months with great success. 1in in length and .5 in girth. I think I have plateaued tho? It’s only been one month without growth do I give it more time or change it up? (Hanging clamping etc)

Take two weeks off. Make sure when you’re hanging that you’re changing orientation, not just playing straight down. Then go back to your routine and maybe lower weight but not duration depending on how it feels.

Thank you for the fast reply. I just want to make sure I understand completely and I didn’t say I was still on the newbie routine. 10mins of stretches and 20mins of jelqs 2 on 1 off. I’ve never hung or clamped

1. If possible I’d like to stay on the manual stretches if it will still show good gains. If needed I would do hanging or clamping my time is hard to fit it in tho but I would if needed.

2. So should I move forward to hanging and clamping after the two weeks off or continue manual stretches?

Just Started: BPEL 7.0 - EG 5.5 (8/1/16)

Yeah, it’s part of the process. My girth gains and loses off and on. I’ve measured below 6” on many occasions as well as over 6.25”.

I pumped last night and was a solid 6.25 during sex. Penetration was so noisy. (:

I would recommend continuing manual stretches when you get off your break. The way I read your original message I thought you were hanging and clamping already. I didn’t mention the newbie routine, I just figured you had your own set up.

When you start back, give it 3 weeks at your regular routine, see if your PIs improve and if you get any gains. If your PIs improve and you don’t feel bigger or measure bigger I would recommend mildly scaling it up.

Thanks a lot. I will give it a break. Two months seems like a lot time for rest. I thought 2-3 weeks will be enough but if you say 2 months than no problem. Just 1 more question, should I do kegels and edging during these 2 months of rest?

Do both, but not to excess.

I recommend 2 months as you’ve done PE pretty solid 8 months and haven’t cycled a single week’s break. Plus after that many months I’d recommend at least 4 weeks off even if you had taken one week off every six.

Do not underestimate the value of a true deconditioning break. Two months now for steadier gains after is my thinking. None of the folks I’ve noticed who gain best grind hardest.
