I may have jumped the gun, am I too late and too tough now?
I think I may have jumped the gun with stopping the newbie routine and adding manual exercises and jumping to clamping so i am not sure if i can really go back to doing just manual exercises or if my tissues will be toughed up to where it will not have an effect.
As in another thread I was thinking about throwing in stretching and jelqing and maybe some additional girth work while clamped clamping session due to already have had exposed the penis to clamping for three weeks thus far. My goals aren’t too crazy or too far away from where I am at now, so I am ready to do what needs to be done but want to be smarter and cover my bases as I am just now opening my eyes to what has been said over and over on the board is to take baby steps to grow from what mere force you can in the early stages and apply harder forces later on.
All advice or input is appreciated.
I started up PE in August 2015 with the newbie routine, my gains after a little over 2 months were:
ERECT-
Length BPL- i gained a half inch in BPL, but i am not totally sure how much was from the newbie routine because i was doing lots of cardio and strength training 3-4x a week along with a semi cutting diet so i may have saw the extra half inch from just loosing fat pad. However, as I have mentioned in another thread, i lost the half inch gain, which could have been due to stopping the cardio and jumping onto a bulking diet. Currently my fat pad is 1”.
Girth- Evened out of the shaft erect girth from 4.5” base and 4.25” in the upper area to the shaft being 4.5” on the entire shaft except for the glans which started at around 3 3/4” and went to 4”.
Flaccid
Length BPL- not stretched- I was around 3.25 to start and went to 3.75 fully retracted. However, depending on the time , day various other things I hang at a 4” flaccid .
Girth- I went from around 3.25” to 3.75”
After 3 weeks Clamping:
The only thing i have seen in 3 weeks clamping is my head went from 4” erect to 4.5” erect. My penis however feels a lot thicker in my hands but nothing in measurement and its more of a deeper thicker not width.
8-2015 Started- Rock hard 6.5bpel" /6"nbpel x4.25 MEG". Current- 7.25-7.5bpel" x 4.6 base/ shaft girth!!! GOAL- 7.5bpel x 5" MEG/ 5.25"BEG
