I measured my penis last week
And it was 12,5cm long,didnt bother to mesure girth after seeing that I had such a small dick:( Anyways,I surfed the net and found this website,after reading for a whole week,I decided to join in and start my PE workout,hopefully I will see some results.
This is the program:
5mins with hot wrap
3mins with wet jelg
5mins with hot wrap
Twice a day.
I will do this for 2 weeks,then add the stretching after those 2 weeks.I’m gonna start really slow,because I don’t want any injuries.
