I need girth

What exercises can I do to gain girth??? I am not concerned about length that much. Thanks!

dule, I’ve used wet jelqs to gain about 1/2 inch girth in a year. Dry jelqs are recommended and so are squeezes. The squeezes I do sometimes consist of holding a 50-90% erection from both ends and squeezing together. Doing these will leave your unit very plump-looking for a few minutes.

If you are new to PE, you should start out with the standard jelq routine and get your cock conditioned for more rigorous girth exercises that you can add later. So, if you are brand new to this, just concentrate on jelqing. Start with the newbie routine.

I have a question about jelqing. I prefer the way where you press your two index fingers on the top and your other fingers on the bottom and push down the shaft. Will that work or do you have to do the standard ok ring?

I believe that is the underhand grip. Just don’t put too much pressure on the top near the glans. I think putting most of the pressure on the sides is a good idea.
