I need Help.Probably a new routine

Well I have been PE’ing since early january and have seen very minimal results. Only about 1/4 gain in erect length and about 1/8 in erect girth. Considering the time and effort I have put into this I am becomming very frustrated. I have been stuck to my work out faithfully for all these months and have even tried the size pro penis enlargement pills to help with the excersises. Heres how my workout has went

First month: Warmed up for 2 minutes, Manual stretching up, down, left, right; 6 in all directions and held for 15 seconds each, then jelqed for about 200 strokes. Did this 3 days on one day off

Next five months: Warmed up for 2 minutes, Manual stretching - only this time 8 in all directions and held for 20 seconds each, then jelqed for 300 strokes. Did this workout 3 days on one day off

Still no success and getting very frustrated I read somewhere that it was possible to over work your penis and this would cuase growth to completly stop. So I toned down my work out a little and have currently (this and been almost 3 months now) been doing The 2 minute warm up, The manual stretches in all directions 8 for 20 seconds each, and then anywhere from 150-250 jelqs. Did this workout 2 days on one day off.

The only Time I have ever Done something negative to my workout was when I took a week vacation and didnt PE at all, Other then that I have stuck with the workouts faithfully and have achived nothing! I get so frustrated hearing about how people have gained 1 and 2 inches when I have not even gained half an inch! I don’t know what else I can do if anyone could help I would appreciate it.

From what I see, you surely can’t be overworking your dick and if you were you would be noticing it. Being in an overworked condition isn’t subtle.

Rethink your days off, consider hanging, It’s all a lot of hard work.

I think that you are underworking your dick. I would recommend that you stretch at least 15x30-45 seconds. and jelq with higher intensity.

Then, BPEL:7.500"x5.500"

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

I didn’t think I was underworking it because each workout takes about 45 mins to an hour and if you total that up thats a lot of time directed towards PE. I know it’s not as much time as some of you but I am a very busy person and thats a lot for me.

Slack is right, your have at least gained in girth and length. Be happy with that, don’t let this thing discourage you.

If you are not underworking your penis, then you probably have to try this :
- Streching with more tension
- Jelqing with more intensity (make your OK grip standard a little tighter)
- Reschedule your PEing sessions

I’m still newbie, I dare not to recommend you to follow my current routine (in my signature), but you can try :)

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
