I need length. Should I only jelq or stretch too

Sparknotes:

-I am not a newbie, been PEing for around 2 years
-Started at 5.25 x 4.5, now 6.5 x 5.5
-Got massive newbie gains from jelqing, mostly length but some girth as well
-Had success with ADS (penis master) in the past
-Coming off long deconditioning break; penis tissues are VERY soft and I overtrain easily
-Been back in the game about 6 weeks
-In the first few weeks back I jelqed @ 70% for no more than 10 minutes and gained girth but no length
-In the last week I switched it up to jelqing at about 60%, gonna see if this gives me some length

Simple question: should I add a stretching routine or just keep trying jelqing at low erection levels, or add it some kind of stretching? Like I said before, I overtrain VERY easily. I jelq for like 5 minutes only now until I get reconditioned to PE, then I’ll slowly bump it up. Would stretching be too much or ok if I take it really slow? Who has gained a lot of length from stretching? Any advice you can offer? Thanks :) !

I strech, a static stretch in all directions. It seem to work for me to do this before jelking, and peiodally throuout the week. Got a 6” flacid from doing it. Over the course of two years I went from 5.5’erect length to 7.80 nbpel 8.25 bpel. And I took a year break from 5/05 to 9/06. Maintained a 7.45 during my long off season. I resumed in 9/06 and grew up to my present length. I think stretching is the proper precurser to jelking ending in faster gains.

Stop jelqing at low erection levels. There’s no point. Manual stretch for length and jelq mid-high erection levels for girth.

Hey kingpole, congrats on your gains. Can you elaborate more on your routine and what worked best for you. What was your original starting flacid length. I would love to have a 6 inch flaccid. Thanks for your time.

I second that Kingpole you gains have been amazing…that is some serious gaining there.I think we would all kill for that flaccid hang you posses and thank you for the advice you have provided to RonJeremy, even I can learn here. I think that I have underestimated the importance of stretching and need to incorporate it with my pumping in some way or another.

RJ, I think you should add in some manual stretching in all direction before jelqing. It will help with length. If you overtrain easily, just build it up slowly with the jelqing.

Just stretch a few times for a few times then jelq.

How long do you hold each stretch? And how many times do you do each stretch in each direction before jelqing?

I’ve only been doing PE now for about 3 weeks, and while I know it’s a little early to worry about seeing “noticable” gains, I do feel as though my flaccid member is a bit fuller, if nothing else. I’m still trying to stick to the newbie routine, and will do so for a while to see what happens, not to mention “condition” my penis for future PE that might be a tad more intense.

I read on a post here somewhere that performing jelqs at below 50% erection level helps gains in length and above 50% erection helps gains in the girth department. Is that not accurate?

I think some argue that length gains made from jelqing at low erection levels are simply due to the stretching effect, that your dick doesn’t actually expand length wise from engorgement, only girith wise, and you are rather stretching the ligs to make length gains.

And yet others argue that jelqing at a lower erection level does infact expand your dick length AND girth wise, and the length gains are merely “helped” by the fact that you’re obviously stretching your dick.

I’m starting to believe the former is true and the latter may only be true of newbies.
