I need length. Should I only jelq or stretch too
Sparknotes:
-I am not a newbie, been PEing for around 2 years
-Started at 5.25 x 4.5, now 6.5 x 5.5
-Got massive newbie gains from jelqing, mostly length but some girth as well
-Had success with ADS (penis master) in the past
-Coming off long deconditioning break; penis tissues are VERY soft and I overtrain easily
-Been back in the game about 6 weeks
-In the first few weeks back I jelqed @ 70% for no more than 10 minutes and gained girth but no length
-In the last week I switched it up to jelqing at about 60%, gonna see if this gives me some length
Simple question: should I add a stretching routine or just keep trying jelqing at low erection levels, or add it some kind of stretching? Like I said before, I overtrain VERY easily. I jelq for like 5 minutes only now until I get reconditioned to PE, then I’ll slowly bump it up. Would stretching be too much or ok if I take it really slow? Who has gained a lot of length from stretching? Any advice you can offer? Thanks :) !
