I need to grow 3 inches in the next 4 months

Hi everyone I’m new here, anyone please give me a routine that will help me gain 3 inches in the next 4 months. I’m currently 7” if it helps.. Thanks in advance

Is that length, or girth? I assume girth, so you want to go to 10” girth in 3 months? I’d do SuperSackSlinkies and ElephantSqueezes660s, for 8 hours a day every 3 hours.
