I Strongly Dislike Manual Exercises

Hi all, I am relatively new to penis enhancement (I am 5.7x4.4). I purchased the bathmate as an impulse buy and I tried out jelqing and manual exercises and I realize I’ve come to hate them.

I am not sure if bathmate yields permanent gains and I instead intend to buy a Penis extender traction device for length and I may start very light on clamping for girth.

Your guidance would be very much appreciated.

All I have done is manual stretching, jelquing, edging and some mild clamping and its working for me. What makes you hate jelqs so much?

To each their own but for clamping, you will definitely need some conditioning before to avoid injury. When I was younger I tried pe for a brief period and saw some gains, but I ended up injuring myself due to hand clamping/squeezing an improperly conditioned dick.

Be careful and don’t rush the process. If you’re dead set on using equipment, an extender seems safer and will still probably net you gains if used properly and for long enough.

I think you just don’t like putting in the work lol I can’t seem to think why else you would hate them.

PE takes time and consistency, and won’t come from carelessness and laziness. Skipping out on the fundamentals isn’t a safe approach. Take your time and learn to interpret what’s right for you and your body — and you will see growth in time.
