I think i will stop P.E..
The first month was great, i gained 0.2 inches in lenght (prob newbie gains + good EQ) and i was confident. At that time i was using a heat pad as my heating method.
However, the 2nd month i stopped working out (i was doing bodyweight exercises at home bc of quarantine) and started using an InfraRed Lamp from Philips 250w as my new heating method.
I don’t know why, maybe because i stopped working out, or maybe because of the infrared lamp, or even maybe because i’m doing something wrong, but my EQ are shit compared to what it was in the first month. My size is smaller than it used to be after my first month, my erection was insane, my glans was exploding from being too hard. Now it is all so weak and the erection fades so easily, this is REALLY frustrating…
And i started working out again, and even after 3 workout days things are still not going good.
Maybe it is something related to the InfraRed? I’m also afraid i did something wrong, but i doubt it. I was always going light with P.E. Not too strong jelqing pressures. Not too much stretching (40 secs each side). And in the 2nd month i was doing stretchings and only 10min jelqing.
That’s it, i’m very frustrated because i thought i would be able to hit 6” NBPEL, i would love to have more than my current 5” and 4.5” MSEG. I don’t know why things started to go wrong in the 2nd month.
