I think i will stop P.E..

The first month was great, i gained 0.2 inches in lenght (prob newbie gains + good EQ) and i was confident. At that time i was using a heat pad as my heating method.

However, the 2nd month i stopped working out (i was doing bodyweight exercises at home bc of quarantine) and started using an InfraRed Lamp from Philips 250w as my new heating method.

I don’t know why, maybe because i stopped working out, or maybe because of the infrared lamp, or even maybe because i’m doing something wrong, but my EQ are shit compared to what it was in the first month. My size is smaller than it used to be after my first month, my erection was insane, my glans was exploding from being too hard. Now it is all so weak and the erection fades so easily, this is REALLY frustrating…

And i started working out again, and even after 3 workout days things are still not going good.

Maybe it is something related to the InfraRed? I’m also afraid i did something wrong, but i doubt it. I was always going light with P.E. Not too strong jelqing pressures. Not too much stretching (40 secs each side). And in the 2nd month i was doing stretchings and only 10min jelqing.

That’s it, i’m very frustrated because i thought i would be able to hit 6” NBPEL, i would love to have more than my current 5” and 4.5” MSEG. I don’t know why things started to go wrong in the 2nd month.

Try to rest some days from the PE exercises, maybe a week or more, just wait some time, try to not think so much about it (it will generate more stress) just, rest, keep your bodyweight workout as usual, you will see the EQ and everything go back to normal.

It is normal but not great i guess? I don’t see my girl for 2 months already because of quarantine and that makes me sad sometimes. Stress, no i don’t think so, i’m just at home all day, studying, watching my online classes, talking to my gf… that’s basically it, and i’m also having good sleep i think since in quarantine i don’t need to put alarms on to wake up

Yeah i think i will have a 2 weeks break.. do you think i should get back to P.E after that? I don’t know if the infrared has something related to that but my brain says so, because when i was using the heatpad it was all good, after the break i’ll use the heatpad again i guess and sell my infrared (it was kinda expensive -_-)

That’s why i made this thread to see if more experienced PE’rs knows something that could help me figure this out

After many years of PE I’ve learned not to get stressed by periods of poor EQ, sometimes it’s down to what I’ve been doing and other times it just happens.
Sometimes EQ improves with rest, sometimes by a change in routine and other times by just pushing on with the same.

It’s part of what makes this whole thing so frustrating or interesting depending on your point of view.
The only thing that’s certain is if you quit you’ll never make progress.

I didn’t mean to come off like a jerk. I truly meant you, and only you must figure it out. Take every bit of advice with a grain of salt and…. figure it out. You can do it. We are here for you. Read threads

These things happen, it is not always correlated to PE. I am also struggling in this time we live with Quarantine and coronavirus, for some people they are passing through this as like it is nothing, but we are not, thing is: keep the exercises for one week more, if things didn’t change then return to your notebook and redraw your plan.

Nah it came back to normal, at least yesterday, didn’t had a boner today. I will start the exercises again tomorrow (monday) and see how it goes. Think i’ll do mon, tue, rest, thurs, friday, rest, rest.

10 min jelqing first week and 15 min 2nd week for 3 weeks.

Cool. Jelquing is never consistent with how if affects me so I don’t use it a lot. More as a massage tool.

Just keep at it. Give it 8-12month. You need to be smart and be In tune with yourself. And consistent. Ups and downs are normal. No pun intended.
