I think I've found out why I ejaculate prematurely

I’d never known why I ejaculated before even getting fully hard, but I think I have found out why. I think what I’m doing wrong is, instead of kegeling blood into my penis in order to facilitate it getting erect, I’m somehow working on some other muscle which “pushes my semen out”, for lack of a better explanation. Does anyone sort of know what I’m referring to? Has anyone else experienced this in the past?

What can I do to stop this from happening? More kegels? Any specific exercise(s)? Please help me out, guys!

I know what you mean Max. It’s befuddled me too. It seems to be the same muscle that stops urination, but also seems to stimulate semenation.

If you focus when you Kegel you will notice that there are several muscle groups actually. The easiest to control separately are the forward bundle near the base of the penis and the rear bundle near the perineum. Focus on exercising and relaxing them separately. I found that tightening one group helps to get an erection. Relaxing the other group helps to delay ejaculation. If you don’t differentiate when you Kegel you may be causing more premature ejaculation at worst, or more commonly the exercises “just don’t seem to work for you.”

Well, I hope this helps a little. Do your kegel, and hold it while trying to relax everything. Just so that the kegel contraction holds itself. Also add to that relaxed breathing and it helped me a lot. I didn’t exactly prematurely ejaculate, but for things like edging and ballooning and enjoying longer sex, this really seemed to be the key to what I distilled from things like Cheeva’s thread (Dick control primer? I think it is called, but do a search) and a couple of Chia Mantak books on multiple male orgasms.

Also, if you are going to cum before you want, and can stop all stimulation, do that, and return when the urge has gone.

I have found that when it is time to cum, and I am having difficulty doing so, I can sort of pump up an ejaculation by kegeling.

So my advice is to stop kegeling when you don’t want to ejaculate. You’ll just have to “let” it get erect without kegeling.

The main reason guys prematurely ejaculate is because they aren’t aware of the sensations that signal the “point of no return”.

If you practice edging and “train” yourself to go 30 minutes without ejaculating by yourself, you will probably be able to last as long as you want with a partner.

Seriously. You learn to focus on the sensations, and you begin to figure out how and when to back off.
