I want only length gains

I want only length gains

I search and found two threads but they were like three years old so I start a new one.

My EG is 5,1 but my NBPEL is only 4,9. I’ve just had a long break but before that I PE for about two months with the newbie routine.
Then I gained about 0.1-0.15 in both length and girth. But because my short length I want to focus on just length.

What is best to do now, only stretching? Maybe jelq once or twice a week? When I jelq before I had a low EL and still gained girth, And I really don’t want any more girth right now, just length! (Because I also heard that to much girth can slow down length gains)

I wear an ADS for 8-10 hours per day. So far, my girth gains have been too insignificant to even notice. But I gain roughly 0.5-0.8 cm every two months in length alone. (This is what you should try, being that you only want length gains.)

If you don’t mind updating your “PE Statistics”. What ADS device are you currently using?

It sounds like it would be the solution to John_J’s problems.

With not doing any PE in a while is wearing an all day ADS to start to aggressive?


Start: 6.5 BP x 5.25

Current: 7 BP x 5.25

Short term goal: 7.5 BP x 5.5 Long term goal: 8 NBP x 6

I think I’ll wait with ADS (I don’t even know how it works) because I’m still pretty new to PE.

I’d prefer to stick to the newbie routine, with manual stretching.

You might as well start out with the newbie routine. While you are doing your newbie regiment,
You can start studying the various PE devices. Some of the PE tools are very cheap, or you make them
Yourself.

Be persistent, and plan out a program for at least one year.

I bought my ADS (penis extender) from SizeGenetics.com. The reason why I chose this particular brand is because they, unlike all the other PE-device makers, allow people to buy their product via cash through snail mail (I don’t have a credit card, hence, the reason why I chose this brand). However, all the penis extenders basically do the same thing and aren’t much different, so my advice would be to purchase a cheaper brand and save some money.

I should also note that I regularly consume a whey protien shake after I’m done wearing the ADS for 10 or sometimes 12 hours. I’ve noticed a substantial difference in gain speed with the whey protein, which aids in re-building tissues, including penile tissues, than the gains I had without the whey protein shakes. My point here is that it isn’t the ADS alone that helps with the gains, but the whey protein is a significant variable. (Whey protein mixes can be purchased at virtually any vitamin shop for like $20).

I should further note that I’ve improved my diet. Before doing PE, I consumed a lot of junk food and sodas. I’ve quit drinking sodas and I eat much healthier foods. I believe that, just like a body-builder, a dick-builder needs to have a good diet in order to make progress.

Personally, I don’t believe in the whole “hard-gainer/fast-gainer” notion. I’ve read through a lot of hard-gainer threads and noticed that they all have something in common: They don’t put forth the amount of effort to make necessary gains in their routines, nor do they make necessary sacrifices, such as setting aside the appropriate amount of time and improving their diet. Everyone’s penis is basically made out of the same material, so everyone has the potential to be a fast-gainer, just so long as they’re willing to put forth a lot of diligence, time and dedication.

I have to disagree on this. Not all penises are the same, else why are some “showers”, with little difference between flaccid and erect size, and some are “growers”, who show a significant difference as they go from flaccid to erect?

What about the difference between those whose BPFSL is greater than their BPEL, and those whose BPEL is actually longer than their BPFSL?

We are not all the same, and I don’t expect everyone to gain at the same rate. I certainly would not accuse those who do not gain as well as being less diligent.

AM, I agree with Lampwick: shortly said, you seem to have the truth in your pocket; believe it or not, PE isn’t a so simple subject.

If there is something that hardgainers have in common, isn’t that they don’t do what is needed, but is that they do too much.

And I can bet whey protein are doing nothing to raise your gains: it’s just your believing. At least if you had a normal protein-rate diet before starting PE.

Sorry if this post sounds a little severe, my poor English is the cause: your input is always welcome :) .

Even tho Am1221 theories seems flawed, I still think it’s a good mindset to do PE :)
