Hello, I want to try weight hanging as start. I wanting to what are the best weights and techniques to start off with? I’ve seen guys use the metal balls to hang with, they say it’s more easy to stick with just

Because the simple fact that they can wear it for long periods of time under the clothes were people won’t even notice. I was maybe considering doing that, it’s seems to be easy to stick with, but I would like to know whats best to start with.

So when you speak of hanging, you are talking more of an ADS, instead of dedicated hanging where you do a 20 minute set, rest and then resume?


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

What is ADS?

Before hanging you are encouraged to try the Newbie routine first and learn more about hanging before you try hanging, so you can prevent injury. Good luck with everything.

Where is the hanging for noobs thread at?

ADS = All Day Stretch. That would be something usually weighted that you would wear all day, like Monty’s PE Weights. (https://www.peweights.com ) or some sort of traction device.
