I'll have to stop P.E if i don't fix this - Please help!
I know people say you should stretch 1 inch behind the glans, but i do that and sometimes in the middle of the stretch my fingers slips up and ends stretching a little bit of the glans as well. Also, to not make the fingers slip up it would only be possible if i applied a strong grip at the penis, wouldn’t that be dangerous or do damage to the penis?
How to stretch properly? 4 Days ago i was feeling my glans a bit sore, that’s why i did a 3 day rest.
If i didn’t explained very well, basically i’m getting soreness in my glans and at the shaft because of my stretching routine (10 minutes). What happens is, when i apply an OK grip 1 inch below the glans and i start stretching the penis, in order to really get a good stretch i have to put a good amount of force into the stretch, which causes 2 things:
1- my fingers slips up resulting in making pressure at the glans
2- in order to not make my fingers slip up during the stretch, i would have to apply a strong grip 1 inch below the glans, but then i would be applying too much force on the penis and that’s making me sore as well, not to say that this would cut blood from going to the glans right?
I don’t know what to do. I’ve never felt this during my 5 months of P.E and i actually gained lenght, but recently i’ve been getting an annoying sore at the glans and penis because of the stretching. I don’t want to stop P.E because i know it works and i still want to start a girth routine in the future because i need it.
Please help.
PS: I already did a 1 week rest, but then after my first workout the day after i was feeling the soreness again… jelqs are ok and i don’t make too much pressure while doing them.
