Hey guys,
I have been hanging 7.5 lbs off my unit 5 days a week , it this too much? Also I’m about to start taking hcg, HGH, and local injection into my penis of site receptor growth factors, also light electric shock (I read it activate growth receptor sites)I will let you know how it turns out (HGH definitely made my dick grow at least a half inch when I was 23) and I know that people say HGH, hcg, etc.. Won’t make your dick grow , I don’t care I’m going for it with a nice intense stretching regimen and I will find out a lot for all of us. And beside I feel great on HGH and hcg ( plus I cum enough to fill a shot glass most times on HGH and hcg). I will keep you guys updated , the goal is 1 inch in six months. Also, I’m looking into surgery, but everything I find seems not worth it EG. .5 to 2 inch dose anyone know of anyway to get 3 inches?! There has to be some hormone , genetic , doctor or surgent that can do this! Were in 2020.
I look forward to hearing some feedback on this stuff! Are my ideas crazy?? I’m trying anyway lol.

How is your resting/healing schedule? We can read of big gainers who use light weight/ longer sets and some who hang very heavy, until 10kg or more and don’t report much gains. IMO there is research to be done

You sound frantic. I urge you to slow down a bit. PE is a long game. You may not believe it, but 28 is young - use that time to your advantage. Heat. Consistency. Avoid injury. Best of luck, TKK777.

So My unit was sore last night. I think it’s a sign of progress, Clearly I made some “micro tears” as people call them , Right?

Haha I took today off. Still lightly sore I must of got a good stretch you watch guy give me 6 - year max I will gain 2 inch min.

It has taken me 5 years to gain 2 inches. Your goal of gaining 4 inches in 2 years is a recipe for an injury.

Slow it down - focus on being dedicated and putting time into it, don’t focus on how much you’re gaining.

Microtears is a terrible and inaccurate theory. Fibroblast production of collagen is more important. That is my two cents.
