I'm In Need Of A Pump Routine To Go Along With My 6-8hr Extender Routine
Hi guys.. First post here. Like the title says, I use an extender for 6-8hrs a day and am trying to come up with a worthwhile pumping routine to help my girth. I’ve done some marathon sessions, some static & pulse pumps. But nothing seems to stay (temp gains). I’ve pumped for over a year so I can handle pretty good pressure (7.5 Hg’s) for 15mins. Should I be low pressure for longer pumps or higher pressure for shorter times. Thanks for the help
