I’ve finally decided to get back into PE as I had noticed a decrease in EQ and NBEL from gaining weight (I’m not even close to overweight, just always been extremely skinny). Every time I start back, I always quit before getting any significant gains. I think the most I’ve gained was .2” in length and maybe a cm in girth. The one thing I’ve never really done with any of my routines is jelqing. At least not for any length of time. I’ve always hated them because it wears my hands out, and I have to sit and watch porn for 30+ minutes because I can’t get an erection without a real life stimulant in front of me. Also, I end up busting a nut quick when I jelq from all the extra blood flow. So it’s a lose-lose situation for me lol. Hi, first off jelqing for 30+ minutes and you call yourself a beginner? Back it down to around 5- 10 minutes to start off with or 40- 60 reps.

And to answer your question; Jelqs are VERY important for overall penile health and they can give you both length and girth. And when you jelq there’s no need to be 100% erect, maybe try to stay at 60- 80% erect? Heck, even as low as 40% works fine as it’s all about getting blood through your penis.

Also start doing it without the use of porn as it should not be necessary and as you say it makes you so horny you’ll just ‘have’ to bust a nut after finishing the jelqs. Now it may feel like you’re getting nowhere without the use of porn to start off with, but believe me, as the days and weeks go by you’ll feel like a new man having zero issues jelqing without the use of porn.

Just restart the newbie routine and don’t even bother with any hanging or other devices used in PE. Everybody that does hang or pump have all most likely started off with the newbie routine and only graduated to the use of devices after their gains from the newbie routine stopped coming.

The newbie routine is Perfect for any beginner and it allows you to learn over time how much you need to do of what. Like if it’s length you’re after you’ll start putting more focus on the stretching the further into the newbie routine you get.

And most important this stuff takes time and loads of it. Not trying to discourage you just telling facts but the end results, if you give it enough time and persistence, is all worth it.

So to sum up, yes jelqs are important and this takes time and persistence to see actual measurable results. Hope you find the motivation to keep on and manage to stick with it without the detrimental use of porn.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Actually I’ve done PE off and on for 10 years. I just never stick with it much beyond 3 months (used to be in and out of jail too often to keep at it). As for the porn, I don’t really watch it much, not like to the point where it spoils my libido. I’ve just never gotten hard without some kind of stimulus. I can’t even keep it at 50% for long, despite a good BC muscle and rock hard morning/night-time wood. It’s been that way since I was probably 16. Maybe I could try just watching twirk videos to give me a boost without getting excited at all lol
